Shuttle service to LAX is very convenient and free. The room had a weird smell and outdated decor. Parking is pricey at around $55 per night. decent for one night stay.

Big rooms with comfy beds and a massive TV. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was excellent. Loved the airport shuttle—no wait at all! A room upgrade was a nice surprise, too. the check-in was confusing, and parking can be pricey. Had an unsettling experience with a false alarm that woke us at night. cleanliness seemed inconsistent. some bright spots along with missed opportunities for improvement—I'd give it another shot, but I'm cautious.

The bed was cozy and the carpeted floor added a touch of warmth to the room. I did notice that the room lacked ironing facilities, which would have been convenient for freshening up my clothes during my stay. The lack of heating and air conditioning controls in the room was a bit disappointing, as I prefer to adjust the temperature to my liking. I missed having tea and coffee facilities in the room for a quick pick, me, up in the mornings. the staff at The Westin were friendly and accommodating, especially the bellhop who assisted us with our luggage. The airport shuttle service provided added convenience for our travels, making it easy to get to and from the airport without any hassle. One area that could be improved is the soundproofing of the rooms. I experienced disturbances from noisy guests during the night, which affected my sleep quality. It would be beneficial if the hotel could enhance the soundproofing to ensure a more peaceful stay for all guests. In terms of amenities, I appreciated the availability of room service for those times when I preferred to dine in the comfort of my room. I did encounter issues with the paid Wi, Fi in the rooms, as the connection was unreliable and difficult to access.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable, perfect for a good night's sleep. the cleanliness left something to be desired; I found hair on the sheets and in the bathroom. Temperature control was satisfactory, maintaining a pleasant environment. The lack of room service was inconvenient; ordering through the restaurant involved long hold times. While the staff were generally helpful, the service at reception was slow. basic amenities like a working fridge would have enhanced the stay significantly. I appreciated the window view, which added light to the space.

Got a free airport shuttle that runs often and the gym is solid with plenty of weights and gear to use also the staff were very friendly and helpful and made my stay comfortable
It wasn’t the cheapest place I’ve ever stayed but it’s worth the extra cost

Lack of assistance with luggage and unresponsive staff caused unnecessary stress. Being turned away for traveling with a cat, despite prior confirmation, was frustrating. Rooms were large with comfortable beds, but decor felt spartan. Noise and drafts from the windows need addressing. No bathroom fan compounded heat issues. Parking fees were unexpected. Communication and empathy from the staff must improve to align with expectations.

I could explore the amazing locations nearby, collaborate in the event spaces, and treat myself to Starbucks coffee. Oh, and who doesn't love a good Certified Angus Beef steak?
I just adored finding a cigarette butt in my non-smoking room's sofa bed. Classic touch!

Check-in was swift and easy, and the convenient shuttle bus from the airport was a big plus. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, making it perfect for a cozy escape with my partner.

stayed at Westin, a couple of K's out of airport with free shuttle. huge hotel, beautiful inside! friendly staff, excellent service. comfortable rooms, super nice and always very friendly. on-site restaurant and bar, car rental and parking were nice too. the beds are super comfortable, and the rooms were very clean.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like 🙌

I was upgraded to an executive room for free, and the view of the airport from my room was fantastic. The airport shuttle was phenomenal with no wait times. I had a positive experience at the hotel.

good sized clean room and great location close to the airport and rental car return. lots of food options nearby and a helpful staff. also, there's a courtesy bus every 20 minutes.

I chose Westin for its convenient location near Candy Cane Lane and was pleasantly surprised by the stylish Century Lounge, offering a vibrant dining experience with a great selection of wines and cocktails.

Had a great stay during my city trip. Convenient location close to the airport, making travel a breeze. The rooms were modern and had a nice ambiance. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from check-in to housekeeping. Loved the spacious rooms, great TV with streaming services, and a large shower with good water temperature control.
Pillows could've been firmer for better comfort. The hotel is quite far from other places in the city, and LA traffic can make commute times longer than expected.

The daily charge for parking caught us off guard, as we had never encountered this at other hotels. Additionally, the beds in our executive double room were smaller than expected, making it difficult for both my husband and me to be truly comfortable.
